The K2583‑54162 is the genuine Kubota right‑hand (RH) cover for the headlight assembly, also known as the headlamp surround. It’s used on various G‑series ride‑on mowers and tractors (including G23 & G26), as well as fits onto certain BX‑series with matching headlight assemblies. This part helps protect the headlight lens and housing while completing the external look of the front bonnet / hood on the RH side.
When the original cover is cracked, faded, missing, or damaged (from impacts, UV exposure, wear), replacing it with the correct OEM surround ensures correct fit, visual match, and helps keep moisture and debris out of the headlight assembly.
