The Knipex 26 22 200 snipe nose pliers are engineered for professionals who demand precision, control, and cutting strength in one reliable tool. Also known as stork beak pliers, they’re ideal for fine gripping and powerful cutting work, especially in confined or hard-to-reach spaces.
These pliers are forged from vanadium electric steel, oil-hardened for strength, and feature induction-hardened cutting edges with a hardness of approx. 61 HRC. This enables them to cut soft, medium, and hard wire with ease — up to 3.2mm (medium) and 2.2mm (hard).
The 40° angled, long tapered jaws provide distortion-resistant precision, while the ergonomic comfort handles, made from three components, ensure a secure and fatigue-reducing grip. Two KNIPEXtend interfaces support compatible tool extensions.
