In Store – Returns Policy

If you purchased your item(s) in-store, you have 28 days from your purchase/date of receipt to return the item to us in-store in an unworn, unused condition with and undamaged package for an exchange or refund.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If you do not have the original credit or debit card, we can issue you in-store credit. To receive a full refund or to exchange your item(s) please ensure you do the following:

  • Return/exchange within 28 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Make sure items are unused, clean/unworn.
  • Have the original receipt or returns note.

We cannot complete your refund if you do not meet these three requirements.

Returning Faulty Items

Please ensure you have your original receipt or returns note when returning items that are faulty or damaged. If you do not have your receipt or returns note we will only be able to provide you with a Credit Note to the value of the item(s).

Online – Returns Policy

If you purchased your item(s) online, you have 28 days from your purchase/date of receipt to return the item to us in an unworn, unused condition with and undamaged package for an exchange or refund.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. To receive a full refund or to exchange your item(s) please ensure you do the following:

  • Return/exchange within 28 days of receiving your item(s).
  • Make sure items are clean, unworn and unused attached.
  • Have the Purchase Order number and Returns Note attached.

We cannot complete your refund if you do not meet these three requirements.

Returning Faulty Items

When issued your returns note, it is essential that you complete in full and attach when returning the item(s).

Deliver to Store Returns

If you placed your order online for in-store collection and do not collect your order within 14 days, your items will be sent back to our stores and we will issue you with a digital Refund Card that’s sent to the email address you used to place this order.
