At Clarkes of Cavan, we are passionate about getting your order to you quickly and safely and we understand it is important for you to know when your order will be delivered.
Free delivery on orders over €99 applies in most cases, where a product is excluded from this it will be noted on the product page. Some items are large and cannot be sent for free.
Delivery Times & Tracking
We are proud of our fast delivery process. If your order is placed before 1 pm we will make sure that it is dispatched the same day. You will be provided with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your order at all times.
Some items we sell will take more time because of size and dispatch location. This will be noted on the product page or on checkout.

Online – Returns Policy
If you purchased your item(s) online, you have 28 days from your purchase/date of receipt to return the item to us in an unworn, unused condition with an undamaged package for an exchange or refund.
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method. To receive a full refund or to exchange your item(s) please ensure you do the following:
- Return/exchange within 28 days of receiving your item(s).
- Make sure items are clean, unworn and unused attached.
- Have the Purchase Order number and Returns Note attached.
- 'Sale' items at the time of order are non-refundable.
We cannot complete your refund if you do not meet these three requirements.
Online Order Return Delivery
In the event you wish to return an order or items on an order you received from Clarkes of Cavan, please read below.
Unwanted Item/Order - If you wish to return an item or entire order within the 28-day returns period, you can do so by sending the item to our address with a courier of your choosing. We do not take responsibility for cost on the returns of this nature.
Faulty or Incorrect Item/Order - In the rare circumstances that an item/order arrives damaged or there are incorrect contents within, Clarkes of Cavan will take full responsibility of this situation should it arise. We will organise collection or provide you with a postage label free of charge for you to be able to return said item/order to us.-
We cannot issue an item exchange or partial/full refund of your items/order until we receive your return.
To make this process as efficient as possible, please make sure to have your returns note completed in full.
Bulk or Pallet Delivery Refund Policy
Please be aware that any refused or unwanted pallet or bulk orders will not be eligible for a delivery refund. Please see the checkout and product details which will show 'Bulk Delivery'.
In such cases where the customer refuses the pallet delivery or the order was placed incorrectly, the customer will be responsible for covering the carriage fees associated with returning the pallet to the store.
If the customer desires a refund, the initial carriage charge and return to store carriage charge WILL NOT be refunded.
We kindly ask customers to carefully consider their orders and ensure they meet their specific requirements before placing them. If you need to return a pallet order, please note that the cost of carriage back to the store will be the customer's responsibility.
