Technical & Performance Features:
Viscosity Grade: Typically ISO VG‑68, which is a common standard for milking machine vacuum pumps. (e.g. Sparex offers ISO 68 for milking machine oil)
Excellent thermal stability so it resists breakdown under high temperature.
Low volatility, which helps minimize oil loss and maintain vacuum integrity.
Rapid water separation to prevent emulsification, ensuring the oil does not degrade when exposed to moisture or condensation.
Non‑foaming formulation to prevent air entrainment inside the pump, which can cause performance loss.
Good corrosion and rust protection to maintain component life.
A high viscosity index, so the oil maintains good film strength across a wide range of temperatures.
Suitable pour point allowing for use in cold conditions.
Typical Uses:
Lubrication of rotary vane, piston or screw type vacuum pumps used in milking machine systems.
For oil bath milking machine pumps.
