At Clarkes of Cavan, we are passionate about getting your order to you quickly and safely and we understand it is important for you to know when your order will be delivered.

Delivery Cost & Times

Free delivery on orders over €99 applies in most cases (Ireland), where a product is excluded from this it will be noted on the product page. Some items are large and cannot be sent for free. Standard delivery costs apply to all other countries.

You will be provided with tracking information so you can keep an eye on your order at all times.

Some items we sell will take more time because of size and dispatch location. This will be noted on the product page or on checkout.

Delivery of Pallet/Oversized Items

Certain large or heavy items (including those delivered on pallets) may incur additional delivery charges beyond our standard rates. This applies particularly to deliveries outside the Republic of Ireland, including Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and international destinations.
For orders involving pallet delivery to addresses outside the Republic of Ireland, we reserve the right to contact you after purchase to advise of any additional freight costs. You will be given the option to accept the revised delivery charge or cancel your order for a full refund before any additional payment is taken.
We strongly recommend that customers outside the Republic of Ireland contact us prior to purchasing large or pallet-delivered items to obtain an accurate delivery quote.

Tracking Information

When your order is send you will be provided with tracking information from the relevant courier. This tracking information will be sent to the email provided when on the account registered, or the email used in the checkout process.

Clarkes of Cavan use An Post, UPS, Royal Mail and DSV pallet delivery.

International Orders & Restricted Products

Certain products sold on this website, including but not limited to weedkillers, herbicides, and moss removers, may be subject to import restrictions, regulations, or outright bans in certain countries.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any product ordered is legal to import, purchase, and use in their country of destination. Clarke Machinery Ltd accepts no responsibility for orders that are seized, destroyed, or refused by customs authorities in the destination country.
Orders involving restricted products that are seized or refused at customs will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have satisfied yourself that the product is legal in your country and that you accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from its importation.
Clarke Machinery Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders to certain destinations at its discretion.
