Overview

The MAJOR Grass Slasher is single rotor machine designed for general pasture maintenance and overgrown sites. It is ideal for topping grasses, weeds, rushes, heather, light scrub and hardy vegetation. These machines are perfect for small holdings and suitable for most compact and medium-sized tractors.

The slasher is fitted with two heavy duty swinging blades fixed on a compound blade beam. Heavy duty gearbox transfers power directly to the blade system, which is capable of tackling material up to 30mm in diameter. It also requires little maintenance compared with belt-driven systems.

A shearbolt PTO protects the driveline in the event of hitting an obstacle whilst mowing. The cutting height is set by adjusting the two side skids. The skids have wide runners preventing damage to the ground.
