Warranty & Repairs

At Clarkes of Cavan, we pride ourselves on our after-sales support & service.  We have an in-house repairs centre to carry out any repairs for products during or after the warranty period products can be brought to our location at +353 (0) 49 4332166 | Moynehall Retail Park, Ballinagh Road, Cavan. If repairs are completed outside of warranty there will be a charge on completion prior to collection.

All our products will be covered by manufacturers warranty.  This warranty will vary from different toy manufacturers so please enquire about the warranty on your product by emailing our KidsZone kidszone@clarkesofcavan.ie or calling our store.

During the warranty period, we will carry out warranty repairs free of charge.  This is a return to store warranty only we will not collect or cover postage. Items being replaced must be returned to our store in Clarkes of Cavan Moynehall Retail Park, Ballinagh Road, Cavan attention Kidszone.

Items such as models die-cast toys etc must be examined carefully at the time of delivery due to small parts.  Any damages or breakages to these must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of goods,  Due to the delicate nature of these highly detailed items claims for breakages after this period cannot be accepted.  kidszone@clarkesofcavan.ie, +353 (0) 49 4332166

Peg Perego warranty from date of purchase

This excludes the battery, which is covered for 90 days, it also excludes normal wear and tear and wearing parts such as wheels.  If you do contact us via email, please include a full description of the issue also images so we can support your query. See manufacture information as follows.

You may purchase an extended warranty for your Peg Perego battery at the time of purchasing your toy direct with the manufacturer.

This warranty will provide you with the peace of mind that if your battery fails within 12 months of your purchase, we will replace the battery cell free of charge.
